How do I know the job will be done right?
|
A: "Kwik Kleen" personnel
are dependable, professional, trained,
and ready to tackle your cleaning
needs. When we make the initial
visit to your home, our supervisor
notes all of your needs on your
profile form. This is given to the
cleaning team prior to each cleaning.
We also make spot checks on each
team in the field. |

What if I am unhappy with the job?

A: When we clean and you
are not satisfied, call us within
24 hours and we will reschedule
a crew to come and redo your areas
of concern. |

How many people will clean my house?
|
A: We normally send a team
of two housekeepers. |

How long will it take to clean?
|
A: A first time cleaning
would be around 5-8 hours to clean.
After that reoccurring cleaning
service will take around 2-3 hours. |

Do you guarantee your arrival times?

A: "Kwik Kleen" Cleaning
Services has a 1 hour arrival window.
If your cleaning team is running
late due to unforeseen conditions,
a representative will call you to
let you know of their estimated
time of arrival. |

What about holidays or changing a scheduled
cleaning?

A: If your scheduled cleaning
falls on a major holiday, we will
contact you to reschedule your service.
If you need to change a scheduled
cleaning visit we appreciate a 72-hour
notice. When short notice is given,
we may need to charge a fee if the
team cannot be reassigned. |

Do I have to be home when Kwik Kleen Cleaning
arrives?

A: We have numerous clients
who provide us keys. These keys
are stored and coded separately
from all other client files and
information to maintain a high level
of security. |

Does the same team come every time?

A: We usually rotate team
members but a lot of our customers
prefer the same team every time.
We always have one familiar face
on the job at all times to ensure
our customers comfort and quality.

What if they break or damage something?
|
A: Unfortunately accidents
sometimes happen. "Kwik Kleen" is
fully bonded and insured and will
repair or replace anything that
gets damaged or broken as a result
of an accident caused by one of
our representatives. It is our policy
that our teams report any incident
that occurs, so that Kwik Kleen
Cleaning can remedy the situation
as quickly as possible.

How do I pay?

A: If you are not going to
be home you can either pay with
credit card pnline through our
paypal service leave a check
for the amount on the work order.
if you are going to be home you
can pay when the job is completed.

Is there anything I need to do before the
cleaning?

A: Point out special concerns
when the Kwik Kleen Team arrives.
Please secure your pets, remove
clutter and any other items that
could be an obstruction. (i.e.-
children's/pet toys, clothes.) |

How do I know the products and equipment
Kwik Kleen uses are safe?
|
A: Here at Kwik Kleen, all
new products and equipment are first
tested on our own facility or homes.
We will not bring a new product
or piece of equipment to a customer’s
house or facility without making
sure it is safe and reliable. Any
new cleaning technique is also tried
out on our facility first. If it
doesn’t pass our five standard test
we will not use it. Our five standards
are as follows: reliability (it
must be able to perform the same
way every time), damage control
(it must not ruin any part of the
surface we are trying to clean),
odor control (if it has an unpleasant
smell we will not use it), durability
(it must be able to do the job quickly
and efficiently), appearance (it
must not leave marks, smudges, stains
or any other unsightly blemishes). |
