avoids a "very poor" rating because they were
prompt, and Joe Laskowski was a very nice man
who wanted to be of service. But he was accompanied
by a young man who had neither interest nor
ability to do the job well, and neither of them
seemed to appreciate what a thorough cleaning
required, even with detailed instruction. They
charged an exorbitant hourly rate for very little
value. I am generally reticent to withhold payment,
so I paid them partially. As the day went by
and I realized the extent of their incompetence,
I was sorry to have paid them at all. Joe is
well-meaning, but will have to surround himself
with more capable people if he is going to make
his business successful."

This customer was right in one aspect: I needed
better workers who could appreciate the meaning
of detailed cleaning. I have done just that.
I am pleased to say that I now have a crew that
is more improved from my previous one. The one
thing that this customer did not mention was
that they wanted a through cleaning in very
little time. For two people this task was almost
impossible to complete. |

is not so bad- did not dust very well at all.
the crew was very nice but I felt I had to tell
them alot of what to do. Then when they left,
I realized how much they did not do! I'd like
to give them another try b/c they are the only
ones in my neighborhood but I would not recommend
them. "

We were an hour late I will admit that but we
tried several times to reach them by phone but
all we got was their answering service. Before
we left we asked them to go over the job and
let us know about anything they were not happy
with. We would fix it at no cost to them. They
said everything was fine. |
